Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the Sweepstakes (in whole or in part) is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, fire, flood, storm or other natural cataclysm, riot, strike, civil commotion, governmental regulation or any other causes beyond Sponsor’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the Sweepstakes and award the prizes by means of a random drawing comprised of all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or otherwise in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of termination/suspension of Sweepstakes will be posted on the Sweepstakes website. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes.
Entrants further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE OR WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES VIOLATES CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone and/or e-mail. Failure to respond to the initial verification e-mail within five (5) business days after notification or return of e-mail notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts will result in disqualification. Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return, within five (5) business days, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Indemnification and a Publicity Release where allowed by law, to be eligible for the Grand Prize (“Prize Claim Documents”). If the Prize Claim Documents are not returned to Sponsor within specified time period, or if prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if potential winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, or if potential winner cannot be contacted for any reason, or if potential winner declines the prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected from all remaining eligible entries received. In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized holder of the transmitting e-mail account. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
Winner is not entitled to exchange, substitute or transfer prize except with Sponsor’s permission or where required by law. If for any reason the announced prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may award substitute prize(s) of equal or greater value. Prize will only be delivered to address within the United States. Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner, who will receive a 1099 tax form reflecting actual value of any prize valued at $600 or more. Sweepstakes is available to over 100 million Internet users. Odds of winning Grand Prize depend on total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
By accepting the prize, Grand Prize winner grants Sponsor and its designees permission to use their name, voice, likeness, photograph, prize information, biographical data and city and state of residence on a winners list (if applicable) and for programming, publicity and promotional purposes, worldwide in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor and its designees are not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor's sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.
By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, Keep Calm and Carry On Productions, Inc., each of their respective parent, subsidiary, related, affiliated and successor entities, advertising and promotion agencies and each of the foregoing entities’ respective officers, directors, agents, shareholders, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, actions, causes of actions, liabilities, losses, injuries, demands, and damages of any kind (including, without limitation, death and bodily injury) arising out of or relating to: (1) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity and/or entrant’s acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (2) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (3) technical failures of any kind; (4) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; or (5) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.
